Steps to Place Order Online

Browse through the various categories for products available on our website with their specifications

Once you've selected the product you're looking for, you may click on "ADD TO CART" button, (right hand side of the page). Select the quantity you would like to purchase.

Click on Proceed to CHECKOUT.

You may be asked to login if registered; you can register your account with us without any hassles. Fill in your details on Register Page and click Sign Up. You will receive a verification email on your registered email address. Click on the Verify link in the email and you are good to go.

Login with your credentials now. Click on CHECKOUT again

Enter the Shipping and Billing details, Select NEXT.

Choose your preferred mode of payment to pay for the product/s you added.

Click PLACE ORDER and its done. Once the order is placed, we'll send you a notification e-mail with the order details and the estimated shipment date.

Order via Phone Call

Call our Customer Service at during Sat-Thurs, 10AM-8PM and talk to our Customer Service Executive.

Tell them the product you would like to order and your preferred mode of payment.

Just with your basic information such as your address, phone number and e-mail ID, they'll place the order for you.

Once the order is placed, they will be providing you with an order ID, which you can use to track the order status or for any communication in future.

You'll also be sent a notification e-mail with the order details and the estimated shipment date.

Receive your product through our courier partner and pay cash at the time of delivery, if your preferred mode of payment is COD.

Guarantee / Warranty of Products

Most branded products come with the manufacturer's warranty, which can be claimed from any authorized service center in your locality by registering online on their website after purchase. However, there are certain products which may not offer after sale services in your area, in that case, please contact our Customer Service team. They'll review the nature of the complaint and provide you with the best possible resolution.

Cancellation of Order

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team and let us know the reason for it.
  • Our support team will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the issue if possible.
  • If you still do not wish to continue with your order, we'll cancel it without any further delay.
  • Once the order is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered E-mail id.

Tracking of Order

You may view all updates to your order status as well as your package's location at any time from your account page. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact Metrash support at any time.

Availability of Products

Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.
