Placing An Order
Placing an order can be done from the website, or through our Customer Service Support through Mail or Telephone. Placing an order from the website, you have to be sure that your personal data is correct and updated. Metrash suggests the Customer to make sure his/her form several times before validating an order. Metrash is neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending shipping company to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Metrash.com does express shipping -guarantee same day-shipping delivery. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Awok.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Metrash.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Metrash will verify your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your Metrash ID once your order has processed or changed status. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call us during Metrash hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your Sales Order Number or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call our Customer Service Supports at working times operation to request an order cancellation.
Products sold on the Site are subjected to a return policy that is within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of the date of delivery as long as products are in the original packaging, and original condition when purchased and received except in cases a product is counterfeit or defective and/ or materially different from the one ordered by a purchaser. Our customer support team will arrange return for Seller by arranging a courier pick-up and return, at which point full refund is made to a purchaser. Seller must accept return of an item without fail. In the event of a return not in breach of a Seller obligations under this provision, Metrash will not levy any costs or penalty. Nevertheless, Metrash may levy shipping charges on Sellers if products are returned due to Seller's breach of these Terms or Site Terms. Notwithstanding these Terms, returned products if not accepted by Seller after two attempts by Metrash will be held in Metrash custody for 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt for Seller to take delivery. After this period, Metrash retains the right to destroy products at its own discretion, and Seller will exhaust rights in the products including any fees, revenues or price.
Repair, replacement or price reduction: As an alternative to returning faulty or damaged Products , Customer may request for a repair or replacement of such Products. Such request shall be irrevocable upon notification of the request to Metrash and the Customer may not later elect for a return. Where the Products have not been repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, Metrash may, at its sole discretion, grant to the Customer a reduction of the price in proportion to the reduced value of the Products, provided that under no circumstance shall such reduction exceed 15 per cent. (15%) of the price of the affected Products. Upon repair, replacement or price reduction being made as aforesaid, the Customer shall have no further claim against Seller.
Replacement Products: When Metrash has provided replacement Products or given the Customer a refund, the non-conforming Products or parts thereof shall become Seller's property and upon request such Products or parts thereof should be shipped back to Seller.
Risk of damage or loss: Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery, or if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Products, the time when Seller (via Metrash or Metrash agents) has tendered delivery of the Products.
All the products and services we offer through metrash.com carry's manufacturer's warranty as per the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions by each seller accounts. We source all our products from genuine sources and distribution channels to assure you the best quality and authenticity. Following are the standard warranty terms and conditions. All Gadgets and devices other than accessories, services and software carry one-year manufacturers repair warranty. The warranty of the product will be void if the product is physically damaged; warranty seal is tampered, dropped in water, met with an accident or used in any way that is not recommended by the product manufacturer. All the products supplied by Metrash.com -except software, accessories and services- carry a serial number which is recorded in the users account during the delivery of the product. If the serial number of the product is not matching with the records, the warranty is not claimable. Software's has no warranty as the manufacturer or developer is providing direct support to its customers.
All warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Any warranty requests has to be pre-approved by emailing the complaint to email@example.com and by obtaining a warranty claim number. This number will be referred for all follow-ups and claims. All imported product may not covered by a warranty that is supported by local distributors. However we assist our customers in obtaining support for their product should they be faced with a problem within 365 days of their purchase. This may include direct telephone support amongst other measures.
